NEW GENEID PARAMETER FILES AVAILABLE

We have recently added three new species-specific parameter files to our ab initio gene predictor (geneid) home page.

These three new parameter files allow for gene predictions in Banana tree,  Loa loa (a parasite worm also known as "loaiasis") and Cucumis melo (melon).

We currently have fifty parameter files for our ab initio gene prediction program geneid which allow us to predict genes in a wide range of species spanning all four "classical Kingdoms" (Animal, Plantae, Fungi and Protist).
